Back-orders

We cannot guarantee availability of all products.  Under normal circumstances, our ordering system will not permit the order of an item that is out of stock.  In the unlikely event that you have ordered an item that is no longer available, or if an item will be delayed in shipping, we will immediately notify you of the situation via email.


Payments

Out of Hand Boutique uses PayPal to process electronic payments.  PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards. Customers have the option of completing their payments without registering for a PayPal account.  

Shipping

Your order will usually ship within one day, with the exception of weekends (Friday - Sunday) and holidays, in these cases, your order will ship the next business day. If you would like to use an alternative shipping method, please contact us at oohorders@yahoo.com.

United States(includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & APO/FPO):
USPS Priority Mail-$5 (3-7 business days)

Canada:
**USPS Priority Mail International-$12.00 (6-10 business days)

Everywhere Else:
**USPS Priority Mail International-$25.00 (6-10 business days)

**Shipping rate does not include duties or taxes. Such duties and taxes may be due at the time of delivery and should be paid by you.

USPS ships to over 190 countries and territories worldwide, if you live in a location that is not served, we will notify you via e-mail.

Terms of Sale

-If there is a problem with your order, please email us immediately and any situations deemed reasonable will be rectified.

-We retain the right to change the price of any items at any time without any given notice.

-Shipping fees are nonrefundable, unless otherwise stated by a representative of oohboutique.com, on a case by case basis.

-oohboutique.com reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason deemed necessary.

-Once an order has been given to USPS for shipment, the item becomes the responsibility of the shipping agent and oohboutique.com is no longer liable.

-If your Delivery Confirmation Number shows your package has being delivered to your address, but you still haven't received it. Please contact your post office with the Delivery Confirmation Number so they can investigate the matter.

-By completing your order you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Shipping and Orders information and agree to these terms.
