Returns & Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order,  you may return it for an exchange or refund within 10 days of the delivery date.   

Please e-mail us at oohreturns@yahoo.com for return authorization before mailing your return.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Please review the following before sending your return:

1) Return package must be postmarked no more than 10 days from the date USPS delivers the package to you.

2) The merchandise must be unworn and in original packaging.

4) You are responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

5) Please include a copy of your invoice inside the box with the reason code written next to the item(s) being returned.

Reason Codes:

1. did not like
2. wrong size
3. wrong color
4. wrong item
5. other, please explain

6) Mark the outside of the box with your Return Authorization number(RA#).

Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card.

If exchanging your merchandise for another item, we recommend that you send an e-mail to oohorders@yahoo.com to request that we hold the item(s) that you want instead. We cover the cost to have your exchange shipped back to you.
