Returns
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 14
days of the ship date. We recommend that you send your return via priority mail with insurance to protect
yourself from the possibility of loss during shipping. Please send a copy of your invoice with the package.
Returns will be promptly processed upon receipt, and payment in the amount of your purchase, minus the
shipping charge, will be credited to your card or account. Please allow 7-10 business days for your
refund to be posted to your credit card.
If exchanging your merchandise for another item, we recommend that you send an e-mail to
orders@oohboutique.com to request that we hold the item(s) that you want instead. We cover the cost to
have your exchange shipped out to you.

We cannot guarantee availability of all products. Under normal circumstances, our ordering system will not
permit the order of an item that is out of stock. In the unlikely event that you have ordered an item that is no
longer available, or if an item will be delayed in shipping, we will immediately notify you of the situation via

We ship to many international locations via the United States Postal Service Global Express Guaranteed only
(1-3 business days). The average shipping cost is $35 but may vary based on package weight and/or
location. If you would like to place an order, please complete our e-mail order form. Once we receive
the e-mail with your order we will charge you for your merchandise and shipping via Paypal.
*Please note that some countries impose tariffs on items shipped abroad. The customer is
responsible for any country-specific tariffs and duties added by their respective government.
Gift Wrap
We will wrap your gift for an additional charge of $3.00 per order. Please include your gift message in the
comments section during checkout. If you would just like to include a message, without gift wrapping, there
is no charge. Due to size variations, we regret that handbags cannot be gift wrapped.
